- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge strictly by the square footage for carpeting and by piece of furniture. Cleaning is .22 cents square foot. Stairs are 1.50/each. Furniture pricing begins at $50 for couch, $40 for loveseat, $30 for chairs, $15 for ottoman.- depending on size of the couch. There are never any travel or hidden fees. All our work includes pre-spray, cleaning and stain removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a client is interested in having carpet or upholstery cleaned, we ask for approximate room size or items to be cleaned so we can offer an approximate cost prior to scheduling. We do our best to schedule appointments that best serve our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been serving homes, offices, schools, hospitals, churches and doctors offices for almost 20 years.
