I hired Mr. Israel, after a previous contractor did a messed up job with my shower/tub combo. I was nervous at first, but Mr. Israel assured me he would fix the issue. Semachiah did a great job. He was very professional and capable. I thought my gate was a lost cause. I expected him to tell me that I needed to buy a new one, but he fixed! He also repaired a damaged screen on an outdoor structure. I couldn’t have done it myself. I truly appreciate all of his efforts and will definitely hire him again in the very near future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing I charge by the job. For smaller jobs (less than an hour of work) there a service fee of $85. Also, dependent on the nature of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a customer is first I like to narrow down the scope of work by asking questions and/or requesting pictures to prevent a trip just to get an estimate. If necessary I will travel to customer to view the potential workload and Then from there once I understand the full scope of work I can provide an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mentor with over 40 years of experience that I’ve worked with and who coaches me along the way.
