- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IG PHOTO VIDEO offering different packages: Mostly from 8 to 12 hours. WIth 1 or 2 photographers and videographers! — Continuous coverage up to 8-12 hours — Delivery on USB flash drive in Customized Box and Google Drive — Unlimited number of photos taken and color corrected — Copyright release of all photos — Photobook and prints — Post-production video about 60 – 120 minutes with full ceremony, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc... — 4 – 12 min highlight video — 2-3 cameras, wireless microphones, light
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our customers first, especially larger event clients. Zomm is a GREAT tool. However, if we don't have the opportunity to meet, we like to email/text/chat as much about details as possible, beforehand, no matter what the session is. This is to ensure we know exactly what our client expects from us, and to let them know how we work as well, and what they should expect out of their session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our videographers/photographers work 5+ years in the photo/video business. Have a big experience shooting weddings, quinceaneras, birthday parties, baptisms. Each year our company shoots more than 300 events in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin!
