- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a one-hour rate, and also a discount for longer sessions. Some students need more time due to higher level courses or other personal situations. I think that helps keep it affordable for more students to get the time that they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mine is a pay-as-you-go relationship. Students can have as many or as few lessons as needed, and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. More about the process is explained in my profile statement, or parents may contact me about specifics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly being trained and retrained by the colleges I teach for. This is in addition to my Master Degree in Math Education, and two years of teaching high school.
