- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Specific trades such as painting and flooring carry average pricing systems but with more complicated jobs such as bathroom or kitchen remodels vary depending upon linear and square foot of products used as well as the specifics of what's needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process in working with a customer is to first evaluate what they want and determine everything they want up front to prevent any added costs at the end of the job. Second is to provide them with a legitimate contract to reassure the job will be completed as described and in the time frame given. Lastly a final payment for the job will only be requested when a final punch list is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our in house employees consist of electricians, flooring installers, painters, drywallers, and carpenters. I've contracted multiple jobs prior to opening the business and have over 20 years experience in the trades.
