Look, I'm a tough grader as I have metrics that must be met. James communicated well. James impressed my spouse with his presentation then repeated it for me. James stated the quality of the windows and provided everything, in writing, including their warranty and Intel on the manufacturer. James is the First and ONLY vendor I have dealt with that knows Tax is not to be assessed neither collected on services. James gave a written invoice without fail or complaint. James followed up via text and email while being pleasant and as for cost... Right in the middle. James quoted under Lowe's & Home Depot but over locals and that's okay because he coul explain the Lowe's (22k) and HD (20k) process showing the value is there with him, BUT I had to go with another due to finances. There's a tenant in place that would never maintain things this nice and trying to take them to court for damages would prove futile. With that, we went with another vendor but rating this review to help others.

It was super and easy working with James and the installation crew who finished 3 windows in a few short hours, from obtaining the quote until final installation. My main issue was old drafty windows that turned my rooms unbearably cold, so I am pending colder weather to see how the new windows pan out, but so far they look beautiful and seem to be an improvement. The pricing was also more reasonable than other estimates.
