FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated at all. I have customizable programs ranging as low as $175 all the way up to $3,200. The program you choose will depend on your preferences and the goals you have for your dog. Based on the information you give me, I will be able to tell you what your dog will look like at the end of each program and how much work there will be on your part so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in supplying as much information as possible. Prices are not listed on my website because the programs I list are simply templates allowing for each program to be customizable. After contacting me, we will schedule a quick phone call so I can learn more about your dog, goals, and expectations. If I am the right trainer for you, we then schedule a consultation. The consultation allows you to meet me so you feel better about working together and It will able me to better assess what your dog will look like at the end of each program after having met you, your family and your pup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog trainer through Catch Canine Trainers Academy and I have further certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and an additional certification with Cooperative paws for service dog, therapy dog and emotional support dog training. I am also a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. I am inspected yearly by the Department of Agriculture and have my kenneling license through them. I regularly participate in seminars and classes that offer continuing education for my field. I am current on all certifications and regularly read new books and stay updated on techniques that relate to my specialty.
