- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat-rate pricing and are both very competitive and very transparent in our pricing. We also offer repeat discounts ranging from 10-25% as well as referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our cleaners will text a new client when they are within 5 minutes of arrival. Upon arrival, we will do a walkthrough of the clients home. This helps us to know exactly what supplies will be needed, to review the spaces to be cleaned/ not cleaned, special requests, and lets us know if any special items like step ladders, extension cords or poles need to be carried in. We then prepare a written invoice and get started! Homeowners may choose to remain in the home or leave during the cleaning. After cleaning we do a final walkthrough with the client, and payment is due upon completion. We can also send before/after photos and complete this process virtually.
