- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, we charge 110.00 per hour for two movers and the truck. We have no hidden charges. Many companies bid low, the tack on additional fees, (stair fee, toll fee, gas/mileage fees), that can build up quickly. We believe in complete transparency and honest work for honest pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the Customer to schedule a time that works for the both of us, asking questions to better prepare for and understand the expectations and requirements of the job,as well as answer any questions the new customer may have. We document any special instructions and engage in conversation to get to know a new customer, and allow them to get to know a bit about us. We then enter the information into our state of the art routing software to ensure all time frames are met and kept in an orderly fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in this business for 3 years and hire and train our own crews. Many of our team members have experience in shipping/receiving, furniture assembly, package handling, and warehouse operations, just to name a few. We like to have a well rounded team capable of handling almost any situation, but specializing and focusing on what our mission statement is all about: Customer Satisfaction.
