- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined during a free phone consult. It will depend on quantity and type of ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is welcome to a free 15 minute phone consult to see if it's a good fit. If it is, then I'll propose menu ideas and the customer will choose what they like the best. I'm very open to customizing menus!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the food industry for over a decade. I was the Kitchen Assistant to a Private Chef at an elite east college for several years. I managed a cold press juice company where I not only made the juice, but also educated our customers on the health benefits of juice and supported people on juice cleanses. I've had many catering jobs over the years. Most recently I was certified in Functional Nutrition and I'm Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. I work with clients individually to reach their health goals. Food is medicine!
