- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for full-service property management generally runs about 7% of collected rent based on the property type. Apartment buildings and multifamily complexes are always custom quoted. We offer a discount to owners with multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange a call and discuss the property in detail, answer questions, and then schedule a visit to see the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in property management for over 25 years now. I am an owner, investor, and property manager. I will treat every owner's property as if it were my own.
