I reached out to Keyrenter West Chicago when I needed to figure out how to get my condo rented when I needed to suddenly move cities. I hadn't lived in my place too long and after reaching out to my realtor to try to sell she suggested renting it and working with Keyrenter as my property manager. I was hesitant at first but from the beginning Gil proved to be genuine and trustworthy and simplified the process for me through each step. I got the sense that they go the extra mile for their clients and dedication is their priority. Other than being consumate professionals I really appreciate that their whole team are kind, friendly and just really likeable people!!

We were struggling to find a good property management company in Schaumburg. I own a home in Hoffman Estates and had to relocate back to New Jersey, so finding a property manager I could really trust was critical. From the beginning, Keyrenter West Chicago has met (and in many ways exceeded) my expectations for managing the property from a distance.They handled everything from preparing the home for rent, finding and screening residents, to coordinating maintenance and keeping me updated without overwhelming me with details. I especially appreciate how proactive and communicative theyve beenwhenever something comes up, they already have a plan and options ready for me to review, which makes it easy to make decisions from out of state.I always feel like I have a clear picture of whats going on with the property. Knowing theres a local team checking on the condition of the home and taking care of the residents has given me a lot of peace of mind.Overall, theyve made owning a rental from across the country surprisingly simple. I've since moved back Chicago and even though I'm not far from the home being in West Loop I still recommend them regardless if your 30 minutes away like me or across the country!
