I lived at the River Glen Condos for 4 years. The three agents at Real Property Mgmt were always very helpful, very responsive and professional. During my last year there I needed a couple of large appliances replaced and the management team made it happen. When my lease was up on May 31st my situation, due to the covid pandemic, was difficult because I had nowhere to go. I was allowed to stay two extra months which I very much appreciated. They are a good management team.

As a property owner, it is imperative to have a property manager who possesses extensive knowledge of property maintenance, consistently communicates with both the owner and tenants, executes projects in a timely and dependable fashion, and provides accurate record keeping. I have a single rental condo, and for the first 4 years I lived outside the US. RPM provided good service and excellent communications. I've had only two tenants and no problems in 6 years, so I am very happy with my choice to use RPM for my property management.
