Sharif and his team are on top of it from day one, for me the biggest issue I had with my last property manager was they barely respond. Sharif has not only given me a competitive rate for managing my property, but also already has helped add value to my property by finding me great contractors that can do amazing work for at least 25% less than what I was being quoted. Im also happy he found me an off market commercial property which we are scheduled to close by end of month. Very knowledgeable with a good amount of resources
