Sharif has been amazing to work with. My last propertymanager barely responded, so having someone who actually communicates consistently has been a huge relief. He got me a great rate, introduced me to solid contractors who saved me a ton of money, and handles everything. even with difficult tenants, without stress. He manages 18 houses for me, and I couldn’t be happier. Super knowledgeable and genuinely cares

Sharif and his team are very nice to work with! They will look over your property like it’s theirs, and will allow you to have freedom and focus on other investments. If you are looking for a propertymanager that takes the stress off you, for a reasonable price I would definitely recommend Smart properties!

Sharif and his team are on top of it from day one, for me the biggest issue I had with my last propertymanager was they barely respond. Sharif has not only given me a competitive rate for managing my property, but also already has helped add value to my property by finding me great contractors that can do amazing work for at least 25% less than what I was being quoted. Im also happy he found me an off market commercial property which we are scheduled to close by end of month. Very knowledgeable with a good amount of resources
