- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not complicated pricing structure at The Computer Doctor. Almost 95% of all the service we do has an attached flat rate price for the service. Easy as 1, 2, 3.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through the CompTIA A+ CE certification process, CE meaning continued education, I must re-certify every few years to keep that certification valid. I also constantly do online training and attend seminars for further education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love computers and tinkering with things since I was a little boy. One day I finally got tired of working for someone else and decided to work for me doing what I love to do.
