- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*GROUP PRICING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST *PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON LOCATION AND SEASONALITY *Traveling FEE is added 15 miles and it varies according to the location Parking FEE is paid by customer (if any) this fee can range between $20 and $50 extra depending on distance *$15 deposit per person required to book *If cancelation in not done within 48 hours prior to event deposit is NON-refundable *Contract available at your request *To avoid extra charges please show up on time to your appointment and have your hair completely Dry (DO NOT shampoo the same day) *wear a bottom shirt *please come with a clean face for makeup application .( No makeup, no moisturizer, no oils) *if Available for your date, please understand that if no hair trial gets scheduled or if no deposit is made,I can’t guarantee the date will be available later, as I work first come, first serve basis. *Cash is preferable, but I do accept credit cards via Paypal or Square. A $3.00 processing fee will be added for every $50.00 charged. No personal checks accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally what I would recommend is a $20 deposit per person to save your date. Highly recommend a trial . (Best way to take advantage of it is getting done on a special day ) such as bridal shower , engagement photo shoot/ party. Another option is trial on a day you know you won’t be doing anything and we can definitely do half and half if your undecided of what look would look better . We can try both . Also get a chance to try airbrush. Definitely a game changer . For brides I highly recommend !!
