The Underground Fitness Club

Introduction: The Underground Fitness Club is McHenry's sexiest women-only fitness club! We are a women-only fitness club designed with a state-of-the-art sound equipment, dance poles, aerial silks, protein shake/fruit smoothie bar and much, much more. Our mission is to give women of every size and shape a safe, judgement-free place to come out and play/dance/socialize and boost their confidence while we are at it. We offer boxing, kickboxing, Zumba, flirty-girl fitness, pole fitness, and aerial silks with aerial fitness. We are constantly updating our class offerings to give women something different to keep them excited about coming back to the club.
