- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standered pricing system because we treat every job as its own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally give a "rough" estimate but perfer looking at the job/property with the customer to go over your wants and needs to make sure we are on the same page so that the customer has no worries with trusting us to complete their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on various equipment and project's while working for a large company and a high school in Winnetka.
