Ron Folz and Spore Busters are not certified mold removers. He has been using a former employees mold certification number and has been advised not to do so and continues to. He is operating his business under false pretenses. He is not licensed in any form and has not been for any years. I contacted the company that formally insired his business and was informed that he let his policy lapse and has not been insured for several years. He is not a licensed asbestos remover, which he told us he was. After repeatedly asking for his license number I was told many variations of lies that all turned out to be false. First he told me he was licensed in AL and that he would produce the license number. He never did. Any asbestos remover knows by heart his 7 digit license number. He is not a certified asbestos remover in any state which he repeatedly lied to us and told us he was. He is NOT a licensed contractor and I checked with IL Dept. of Professional Services and has no contractors license. He is rated as a F with BBB because he has repeatedly lied to customers and not completed work. Please read his BBB reviews and ratings. He unfortunately stole $3,400 from our family and told us he would pay us back (I have him recorded) and refuses to. Please safe yourself from the nightmare that we have experienced. We had to try to track him down and he wouldn't answer our calls and told us he would meet us at his office and lied. We waited for him and he never showed. Based on our experience please do not trust anything that comes out of his mouth. You will wind up with the same headache that we have encountered and find yourself in s court room which is the stage we are at now. He repeatedly lied to us and from other reviews as well as personal experience he preys on people who are in bad situations. Please be careful, you have been warned!

As I response to your wife's post in 2015. I never claimed to been certified in asbestos. The BBB rating has nothing to do with spore buster. My company was hacked and the number that is shown on the BBB Web site has no affiliation with Spore Buster.
