We found the customer service to be very knowledgeable and capable of assessing what services we needed due to the flooding. They were kind and respectful to our household and I would use them again. Scheduling was quick and easy. I called them and they were out almost immediately!
Aside from the water mitigation, they tested for mold and all other things that comes with flooding. They did find some mold and made sure it was taken care of immediately . They also left fans to dry out the room. They provided our insurance company with all the necessary estimates, photos, etc., and aggressively followed up to ensure a timely response. Insurance did pay for most of the costs associated, but we found the price to be more than reasonable!
