- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to contact them within 4 hours of inquiring. We give a brief introduction of our business and what they can expect from our services then we ask about the type of event, the date, amount of people etc... After booking we work with the customer to create their photo strip layout and backdrop choices.

We have 8+ years of customer service experience and education in business. This ensure you get the most professional and simple photo booth rental process!
