Carmen is a highly professional realestateagent working in both rentals and buying. He was able to negotiate our price down by $100/month plus get one month of rent free. Hes always ready to take your call and is going to bat for you day and night during negotiations. He has a very calm no pressure demeanor and honestly wants his clients to be happy in their new home. After we rented our townhouse, Carmen greeted us for the walk-in with a welcome gift from Etsy! Couldnt be happier with his performance.
