You don’t pay me unless we close a deal. For buyers, my services are usually covered by the seller. For sellers, commission is always discussed upfront—no hidden fees or surprises. I’m transparent, fair, and focused on maximizing your bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call to learn your goals—whether you're buying, selling, or investing. From there, I put together a game plan based on your timeline, budget, and priorities. I walk you through each step, keep you updated, and handle the details so you can focus on the big picture. Communication and trust come first.

I’m a licensed Realtor in both Illinois and Florida with years of hands-on experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors. Beyond formal training, I stay sharp by constantly studying the market, negotiating deals, and learning what actually works in real-world transactions.
