Joseph was very polite and engageing. He encouraged me to follow him around our potential home as he found issues and not only explained what was wrong but gave me a few ideas how he would fix it. This military vet had more than 15 years experience in this field and it shows. He provided a basic tool kit and some other things the house seemed to be missing such as carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher. His inspection report was clear and easy to follow. Overall 11 out of ten. Very impressed.
