I had Marius do an inspection on an apartment that became my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He showed up on time with everything he needed, took the time to go over every detail of the place, and issues that were going to be a potential issue down the line. What stood out to me was how thorough he was—he got up on the roof to check out the HVAC system and crawled under the roof deck to look for signs of water damage, where they were coming from as we suspected there was some moisture coming in the unit. He pointed out a few key issues that we brought to the seller, like water penetration from the rooftop and some efflorescence on a brick wall that could mean moisture problems down the line. Marius explained everything clearly as he went and made sure I understood what was important and why. The report he sent over afterward was super detailed, included everything we had talked about and easy to follow. Overall, he made the whole process feel less stressful. I’d absolutely recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable and sharp-eyed
