- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reflects the level of craftsmanship and care you’ll receive. Discounts may be available for multiple projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by visiting your home and listening to your ideas. A custom furniture or built-in project is a different conversation than a painting job, but in every case you’ll get my honest feedback on what I can offer. I’ll also ask about your budget to make sure your vision is possible within it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an associate degree in Construction Technology, a certificate in Engineering Graphics and CAD, and bring over 25 years of remodeling/handyman experience plus 8 years in woodworking.
