Jacob responded to our inquiry immediately. He was professional, efficient, and honest about our options. We chose to replace our appliance rather than repair it because the cost difference was minimal, so I cannot speak to his work, but suffice it to say that I was impressed with his knowledge and acumen, and would not hesitate to call him again.

This was my first experience with Thumbtrack and J &M. I found the whole process to be easy and seamless. Jacob responded immediately to my request and was responsive through all of our interactions leading up to his visit. During his visit I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He wore booties while on-site and even cleaned my laundry room floor, above and beyond any dirt that he may have made. I was impressed that he was proactive as he brought potential replacement parts so he didn’t need to come back after the initial call. I enjoyed my interaction with him as he’s personable and he truly cares about the job that he does. If I have any other issues with appliances, Jacob is “my man”!

Highly recommended he help us alot and he does help us, out of the box as our dishwasher installation wasn't that much easy we had some other plumbing issues too but he does a great job such honest person and genuine too. Thanks for helping us this much.
