I can’t say enough about Jacob. An absolute pleasure. He responded within minutes to my inquiry. We set up an app for a home visit within a day or two. On the day of our app. he gave me a courtesy call. Showed up on time. And repaired two faulty appliances within an hour or two. I would highly recommend this seasoned repair man! Jacob replaced my washer gasket, helped me with a minor toilet issue and fixed my dishwasher at a fair price. As a first time home owner, he also answered all my questions and, because of his experience, he was super helpful. Jacob was super responsive (within moments after I sent the inquiry), worked around my schedule to plan the service and called me the day of the service to ask if he could arrive early. He also used shoe covers when he entered my home. I'm very appreciative of Jacob's help. 100% would recommend, and will call him in the future if I have any appliance needs.
