I hired KT HVAC PROS LLC, to replace my old furnace and AC. Terrance came and looked at my old furnace took the right measurements and provided a reasonable estimate. I then decided to replace both the units and his team replaced the units within 3 days and were wonderful to work with. They were punctual on time and completed all the work within a given timeframe, cleaned up any mess, and answered all my questions/concerns. So far, both units are working great, and am very happy with their service.

We really appreciated the honesty regarding our options. Our AC unit was leaking coolant and they were transparent about how it needed to be thoroughly diagnosed with UV to locate the leak (which could be costly), or we could attempt to run a sealant and refill the coolant, which may or may not last long term but would be a quick and somewhat more affordable fix, which we opted for. I appreciate when pros give a thorough explanation rather than just providing the option that could make them the most money. Very responsive and professional! Will be using again!
