These is the go to company when you need a carpetcleaning. I called 15 companies yesterday trying to schedule a carpetcleaning for my appartment none of them got back to me. The average quote was 280$. Hexagon folks made it in less than 70$. They found their own way to my appartment without me bothering. The cleaning went great the appartment complex approved it I am so glad I hired then

I always have a great experience with these guys! I called them in to help when a few bad months of being ill caused me to fall very behind on housework, and they got my place looking beautiful again! I still have them come and help out once a week, and I couldnt be happier with the results, Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

On 4/22/2025 Hexagon Cleaning Company performed a “deep clean” at my home, left bagged pet waste in the unit, used an undisclosed chemical after being told not to, and then failed to return the same day to finish the job as promised. Within days my household became ill and I documented the incident and resulting damage. My prior detailed Thumbtack review later showed as “deleted,” which concerned me as a consumer.
Before the job I was told they were insured, but afterward Thumbtack Support confirmed there was **no insurance provider information on file** for this company. When I first asked only for a refund, Hexagon refused until I began documenting damages—then tried to limit me to $200 and urged me not to pursue claims. The Illinois Attorney General’s office attempted outreach without meaningful response; I also filed an FTC complaint.
Hexagon was e-served on 7/24/2025, did not appear, and my Motion for Default Judgment was accepted; a court date is set for 10/09/2025. Based on my experience, this business was unreliable, unsanitary, and unresponsive once problems arose—**and operated without confirmed insurance on file**, posing a serious risk to health and property. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise consumers to avoid hiring Hexagon Cleaning Company.
