We've called Xpert Project twice now for roof leaks and have been very happy with their service. In the first instance, we called about 15 different roofing places looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix a leak. Of those, 10 failed to answer their phones or return calls. The others didn't seem interested in a small roof leak or weren't going to be able to look at it for a couple months. One of companies that was booked up actually referred us to Xpert Project LTD, and Jan was at our home literally the next day to fix our leak. In our more recent call he arrived on the same day within a couple hours of our call. In each visit, Jan took pictures of what he found and made recommendations. In both cases, he got the work done quickly at a reasonable cost and did a high quality job. He even reattached a two story downspout that had fallen off, a second that was about to fall off, and pointed out where a bird was building a nest in the soffit. We really appreciated his fast response time and attention to detail.

Take the time to explain what condition and issues they find. 3. Photograph the condition of the problem and to point out specific issues. 4. Recommend the best repair solutions. 5. Guarantee the project with a formal proposal within 24 hours of the first inspection or a written estimate onsite (On Request).
