- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone, set up an appointment for me to take a look at their project. I explain the customer the process, once I collect the information I need, I send estimate. If the customer approved, we set up a date to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I learn is on the job site by working, I also have some knowledge on graphic design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing advertising for this company then I got involved on doing the labor.
