I had an issue with my built-in Bosch coffee machine getting stuck in descaling mode and was having a hard time finding anyone who knew how to service it. There are very few technicians who are familiar with these appliances, so I was relieved when they were able to come out. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and resolved it much faster than I expected. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m so grateful to have my coffee maker working again. Highly recommend!

Called about a relatively new dishwasher that suddenly stopped draining. They answered my inquiry immediately and had a technician available to come out and diagnose the issue the same day It was a broken pump that needed to be ordered and the repair was completed a few days later; the technician (the same gentleman that diagnosed the issue) was polite, respectful, and efficient. Would definitely hire again.
