Brandon is amazing! From day one, he has been very consistent, responsive and very reliable. He made sure my party was amazing. He made sure the music was good quality for my guest. He even added some extra flavor to it as well. When I asked for the order of the songs, he did just that. Pricing is very reasonable and he made sure it wasn’t too much. If you ever need a DJ. We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Trackboy as our wedding DJ for our Ceremony and Reception, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I needed a DJ to provide sound system and music for a recent world record attempt that I hosted as part of an international conference recently in Naperville. Brandon met my budget and we had a meeting before the event where I discussed my music and event needs for the event. Brandon was on time to set up for the event and his interaction with the MC made for a great partnership that resulted in music being played at the right time to keep the crowd and the record attempt engaged. The sound system he used was quite sufficient for the ballroom space we had. He is self sufficient and knows what to do when on site. It a relief to have folks like Brandon who are young, eager and committed to doing a great job. I could not have been more satisfied. It was his first time witnessing a world record being set and I was happy to afford him that experience. His work was flawless and I'd use him again for sure.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with going over the playlist with the customer. This way I can figure out what they like and dislike as far as music. Djing is being able to please the customer by what he or she likes and mixing it with what you like to get the party going. Djing is an art that is crafted by making sure you keep the crowd on the dance by smooth blending (transitions) and song selection. Playing music accordingly is a must for the audience, whether its a wedding, birthday party, award ceremony or social get together. That is what I strive for as a DJ.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Performing for the NAACP gala last year was a stepping stone for me as an DJ. I met a lot of my clients that I eventually worked with for weddings and Birthday parties. I also gained a lot of experience from that event. It was my first time performing in front of a huge crowd. At this time I was only one year in, so I considered this event as one of my big boy jobs that molded me into a professional DJ.
