- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our dog walkers will take your dog on a 30 minute leashed walk in your neighborhood. We'll make sure your dog gets out to stretch his legs, get some fresh air and does their business! Feeding and basic home care can be combined at no charge within the 30 minute time frame. Looking for a bit longer of a visit? Ask about our 45 minute visit!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet up with the new client to make sure that it is a good fit for all of us. With one-on-one care, which is why we provide in-home pet sitting where your pet will be free of the physical and emotional stress of a kennel, boarding or daycare facility or a “dog hotel”. So, when you’re away you’ll have the peace of mind knowing your pets can stay in the safety and comfort of your home and maintain their normal routine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have all worked with rescue groups, and have been involved with them for the past 20 years. We all love animals, and have rescues of our own. People would ask us to sit for their pets that they had adopted from us. Which we happily did for them and the dog of course, that is where Heartsforpaws came to life. We want to provide a service to help parents of their pets to be able to leave home, knowing that their babies were being loved and taken care of in the convenience of their own home or ours.
