My experience working with Theresa has been great! She is always on time and has even brought exercise equipment to help me do my exercises. I love the program she has created for me. I have done many different exercises in my life but really like the program Theresa put together. I am already seeing results and am feeling stronger! I also appreciate Theresa's follow up to see how my work outs are going. Theresa has taught me about good form when I am doing my biceps curls. This has made a big difference in my work out and can feel the difference! I can't wait for my next program!

I was initially hesitant about the cost of a personal trainer, but I must say it is for me worth every penny! Theresa took all of my needs into consideration and came up with a solid plan to help me achieve my goals! I feel stronger much more flexible and proud of what I have been able to accomplish over the past couple of months. My relationship with food is in a much more healthier place and I know having the support and accountability from Theresa will enable me to reach my goals.

Theresa Griffin was a lifesaver! I am scheduled for total knee replacement this summer, so I needed to strengthen my muscles and lose some weight. She taught me so much about nutrition; what sugar does to the body, how to pair proteins and fruits, how to read food lables... She was very patient with me and really followed through to make sure I understood how to change my relationship with food. She also set up an exercise program with specific exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee, while not injuring my knee further. She was never too busy to answer my questions along the way. I'm feeling stronger and more in control of my eating than ever before.

I would highly recommend Theresa as a personal trainer. Theresa has helped me lose the weight I wanted to lose with a solid workout program and consistent feedback on my food logs. She actually made it fun and rewarding! Most importantly, I feel as though she set me up for success to keep the weight off. She is very personable and made me feel at ease and comfortable, not like trainers I used at my gym! Now that my program has ended I plan on seeing her once a month to ensure I stay on track and keep my exercise program fresh. Definitely worth trying!
