Handyman Services Terms and Conditions:
Our rates are as follows:
Hourly Rate: $120 with a minimum charge of one hour. This rate excludes materials and waste disposal.
To finalize your appointment, a $120 deposit is required for projects under $1000, while projects totaling $1000 or more necessitate a 35% prepayment. Additionally, parts and supplies must be paid for in advance. This prepayment is deductible from your final invoice and is refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours. Materials and supplies cost will not be refundable if they are non-returnable.
For on-site inspections to provide more detailed estimates, a fee of $120 is applicable. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

WHAT WE DO:
Plumbing: Yes, we do light plumbing at the rates stated above. Services include the removal and installation of sink faucets, sinks, vanities, toilets, and garbage disposals. If your project requires an Illinois-licensed plumber, the rate is $150 per hour, a minimum of 1 hour. Water heater installation is a flat rate of $500 per unit, not including a trip charge to pick up the unit or disposal of the old unit (customer provides the new water heater). If there are variables based on customer requests, we will charge by the hour at $150 per hour.
Furniture assembly:
The rates provided here are just to give you an idea of the cost. For the most accurate estimate, give us a call or shoot a text with your location and what you need to be assembled, and we will send you back an estimate. Each job is unique; just like our customers. So, to ensure the highest quality of service that our customers have come to expect, it is best to contact us directly for pricing.
Door installations:
Door installation or replacement will vary from site to site. It is best to contact us on our mobile. Send some pictures of what you have, your location, and what you are looking to achieve, and we'll provide you with an estimate. Once onsite and able to assess the conditions and scope out the parameters, you will be advised of any changes to the estimate.
