I decided to go with Grout Medic since all they do is grout and sealing, so I figured they should be very good at it. Their reviews were also stellar. And they did not disappoint. Excellent work in a timely manner. Attention to detail was given. Both the employees (one who gave the estimate and one who did the job) were on time, courteous, and professional. The cost was very reasonable and so, I decided to have all our bathrooms taken care of. I will definitely reach for them again, should a need arise.
In today’s world when I find a company that does it right all the way around I have to say I’m surprised. But the Grout Medic is that company. From my first questions on the phone to setting the appointments, the punctuality, the care taken in my home, to the knowledge the gentleman had about the service, what they were doing, to the last shine before they walked out the door, Grout Medic exceeded expectations and was so easy to work with. I am more than happy with the work and I’m actually hiring them to do more. Can’t say enough great things. The marble in my bathroom has never looked so good. My shower just gleams. Thank you!

Great service. Didnt realize reglazing was a service until we did our research. In todays economy of financial struggles its tough to upgrade an entire bathroom. But reglazing gave our bathroom a fresh and new look and feel for an extremely affordable price. Would highly recommend this team if youre looking for an alternative to full bathroom replacement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each project can have subtle differences, we complete free on-site estimates for all jobs and establish prices, in most cases, that we review with you at that appointment. We do offer discounts on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our contact center calls or can email to get your pertinent information into our system. We then schedule a free estimate. At the estimate we review the needs for your project(s) and develop a proposal which, if appropriate, may have options for different service levels or uncertainties that may exist (e.g. extent of water damage behind tiles). Your proposal is emailed to you. You can decide to schedule work when the estimate is completed or you can contact us to schedule once a decision has been made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Grout Medic has been operating since 1996. Our technicians typically have significant experience in construction and tile instillation. We also have a formal training program for all new technicians that come on board. This all is supplemented by being a member of the National Tile Contractors Associaion (NTCA) and training provided by The Grout Medic franchisor.
