My standard rate is $70 per hour depending on the type and complexity of the project. Small jobs are welcome, and I’m happy to provide a clear estimate before starting any work. Fair pricing, quality work, and no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. First, I discuss the project with the customer to understand the details and expectations. If needed, I can schedule a visit to see the project in person. Next, I provide a clear estimate and timeline for the work. Once everything is agreed upon, I schedule the job and complete the work with attention to quality and detail while keeping the workspace clean. Before finishing, I make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in construction, home improvement, and handyman services. Over the years, I have worked on many types of projects including deck repair, painting, cabinet installation, tile work, and general home repairs. This practical experience has helped me develop strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. I’m always improving my skills and learning new techniques to provide high-quality work for my clients.
