- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the price for my services is 50 dollars per hour depending on the work, sometimes there are situations when I have to go to the store and buy material that you do not have, for example new lamps or a new shelf if the old one can no longer be repaired, or new pipes if you need to change the pipes in the bathroom, in this case you pay for these materials plus my work 50 dollars per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the client sends me a couple of photos where you can see what is broken and what needs to be fixed, I tell him how much time I need to solve your problem, I make an estimate! if it is a big project and I will come and make an estimate personally, we can always discuss the price of my work if the project is big and requires many days for repairs. After agreeing on a project or repair with the client, I go buy the necessary materials if necessary and start working
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
work with drywall , any work with the bathroom, repair and installation of wall or floor ceramic tiles in the bathroom or kitchen, making walls and frames from drywall, installing shelves in a cabinet, installing a TV on a wall, replacing light bulbs at height, replacing and cleaning ventilation
