I have used several cleaning services in Naperville, and was always disappointed. I hesitated to try again, but somebody told me Rosy Gloves were really good. If anything, that was an understatement. I have a dog, she sheds dreadfully, and I assumed most of the time would be spent getting rid of her hair. What amazed me was the above and beyond things these cleaners did. Not only were they pleasant, prepared with every kind of possible cleaning tool you can imagine, but they did things like cleaned out all the vents in my home I didn’t even know existed… The owner came at the beginning and made sure that everything I specifically was interested in having done was on the list. I really can’t speak highly enough for this service.

Rosy Gloves Cleaning Service was wonderful to deal with. My dealings were with Suzi and Airianna. My house was spotless when Airianna was done. I appreciate the job she did and the professionalism. The price was very reasonable. Will be having them back

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin by calculating an estimate based on square footage of the home, but know there are many factors that could both increase and decrease that estimate, so send a thorough free quote through a google form or get on the phone to price out our jobs to best suit you and your family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After determining and agreeing on a price, we book your appointment and then send an intake form which allows us to collect information about pets, aversion to smells, where you want the trash etc. We truly strive to know what your needs are before we arrive for your appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As working moms, we know that having a clean home is sometimes one of the last things we get to or have energy to do! We want to help YOU!
