- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on scope of work. We are fairly priced and we offer multiple job discounts as well as welcoming referrals by giving a referral fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meeting to meet with the client, carefully look at the project, and within 24 hours send a formal bid electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience and all have been trained in our own scope of practice.
