I am definitely using this company again. They went beyond and above for me and my family. They felt like family. They grabbed luggage’s and bags without us asking. Packed everything and safely secured all our belongings. They accommodated us from bathroom breaks, music , good covers action with us and the transportation is beautiful with a large tv in it. We had access to coolers among everything else. I loved everything about. The driving was great and we safely got to our Airbnb and back home. The rides were clean, air conditioning was great and it rode so smooth. Great ride with great interior. The price was very reasonable. I looked at other companies and they was extremely high and when I found Black Elegant it was a relieved. They really care about their customers. We will see you all again. Thx again you are good people.

Hello all,
BET was a pleasure to work with, providing my daughter with the best chauffeur experience for her senior prom yesterday. Before the big event, Mike and his team's response time was very efficient. I also appreciate their patience with a few minor changes. Sondra was my driver for the evening, and she was very prompt and professional. She communicated with my husband and me throughout the evening about drop-off locations. BET was very reasonable, and I'd highly recommend using their services again.
