THE MOST FLEXIBLE and RELIABLE limo services I have ever experienced. I called day of when the limo was needed, ZHS was amazing enough to squeeze us in for a ride to and from Chicago, pricing is COMPETITIVE and so worth it, this was probably one of the most worthy last minute decisions I have ever made, especially with ZHS!Thank you so much for making our night so much more enjoyable and fun!

ZHS limousine service provided extraordinarily excellent service across the breadth of the patron experience. From the first encounter with the scheduling representative and a subsequent D2 reschedule, they were patient and kind. I am in the range of elderly and have some special needs related to limited mobility and hearing impairment. I also required a long trip from Naperville to Champaign, Illinois. Soon after I made the original reservation, I came down with a respiratory infection, and they were very understanding. They exhibited both kindness and patience after I recovered. I called and rescheduled the trip. They arrived on time with a very spacious and comfortable vehicle, accompanied by a meticulously groomed and invaluable driver who carried my luggage from the house to the car. The driver made sure that the seatbelt was fastened securely and comfortably. The ride was quiet, and I arrived at my destination on time. My luggage was carried into my house by the driver. It was an excellent experience and just what I needed to make this trip at this point in my life. I highly recommend ZHS Limosine Service!.
