Connecting with your audience and making your event a success is my top priority.
My name is Harvie Herrington, and I am a professional motivational speaker specializing in Overcoming Adversity, Leadership Development, and Student/Athlete Empowerment. I’ve delivered more than 200 keynote presentations for audiences ranging from middle school and high school students to university groups and corporate teams. My work includes institutions like Iowa State University and national brands such as Sam’s Club.
My mission is simple: help people believe in themselves, see their potential, and take action on their dreams.
When I speak, I challenge audiences with questions like:
Did you ever have a dream for your life?
Do you still think about it?
Does it move you? Does it drive you?
I believe everyone should have a dream so powerful it makes your insides ache. A dream that pushes you to be more and do more. Your dream should overwhelm you in the best way—because it can become your fuel, your light, and your energy. And when you chase your dream, you inspire the people around you to chase theirs.
We aren’t born just to exist.
We are born to create, to inspire, and to make this world better.
Sometimes all we need is a little push in the right direction—and that’s where I come in.
I work with:
High School Students
Building self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-esteem
Improving academic engagement and test performance
Reducing dropout rates and increasing graduation rates
Inspiring dream building, goal setting, and action
College & University Students
Increasing engagement, retention, and campus involvement
Strengthening leadership and personal responsibility
Reducing alcohol abuse, conflict, and negative campus culture
Empowering students with identity, purpose, and direction
In addition to keynotes, I offer powerful workshops on:
Personality Insights (DISC)
Team Building
Leadership Development
Giftedness & Purpose Discovery
Every time I step on a stage, my goal is to ignite belief, remove doubt, and show people that failure is not final—it’s feedback, fuel, and preparation for the future.
Helping people discover their value—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is the greatest joy in my work. I would love the opportunity to inspire your students, athletes, or staff and give them that push they need to chase their dreams and change their lives.
