Vinny knew exactly what I was talking about when I described the leak I was having on my roof and he knew exactly how to fix it. I was getting a leak where the siding from a higher roof was hitting the roof of a lower roof. His employee, David, completely removed the siding, installed new ice & water shield and new baby tins all the way up the roof line. He also added the proper gap between the siding and the shingles. Great job.

I would give Vinny and DuPage Roofing & Contracting 10 Stars if I could! This company FAR exceeded my expectations in professionalism, value, reliability, and honesty! I had damage to my roof in a few places needing repair. We had squirrels make a hole in the roof and enter the attic. For 2 months, I have dealt with various contractors and handymen on Thumbtack to attempt to get my roof fixed. I was beyond stressed. The various contractors I hired before Dupage Roofing & Contracting either did not show up to the appointment to complete the work, or grossly over quoted what the project would cost to complete. After paying a deposit to a second contractor who did not show up, I went back to search for another Roofer/Contractor. This is when I came across DuPage Roofing & Contracting. I thought I'd try ONE MORE TIME before giving up and just letting the squirrels move into the house permanently. When I contacted DuPage Roofing & Contracting, I spoke with Vinny. He listened while I explained my issue and frustration with not being able to find anyone to fix this for me. He explained that he treats his clients like family and he gave me a time he would come by to look at the house. He showed up ON TIME, thoroughly explained all my options, quoted me a more than fair price to complete the work, and gave me a timeline for when it would be completed. Vinny showed up today as promised to complete the work. When I paid him the agreed upon amount in full, he insisted giving me an additional discount. I am not one to get emotional, but I did because he had just relieved all my stress and anxiety over this damaged roof and he showed empathy for what I had already experienced and was going through. He did not have to do that! My roof is now fixed well and the squirrels can't get back in! The work was done excellent, and when he was done, he cleaned up any mess left behind by him. We will only use and recommend DuPage Roofing & Contracting for any of our related needs going forward. This company is levels above others in the area, not just in craftsmanship, but in reliability and customer service. By the time Vinny left, I truly did feel like family - You can clearly tell he LOVES what he does, KNOWS what he is doing and CARES about his customers - as if they were family. Thanks again DuPage Roofing & Contracting LLC - We are customers for life!
