Alan was extremely professional from his initial contact until the completion of the job. He requested specifics and details about what I wanted to have done, which I was happy to provide of course, and quoted a very reasonable price. When he was running just a few minutes behind because of traffic, he notified me immediately via text, which I appreciated. All of the work looks terrific. He mounted a tv and picture in our workout room, some shelves in my craft room, a blanket hanger, sand art and a variety of open shelving units as well in my master bedroom. He has great suggestions and a good eye for where things should go. I would highly recommend this company for any of your projects. We’ve already spoken to them about a few other ideas!

Alan did a great job replacing my old Rain Bird sprinkler controller with a new Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller. The installation was clean, professional, and everything was set up and working properly before he left. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and took the time to make sure the system and WiFi setup were working correctly. I would definitely recommend his services.

Alan and the T-Level team did an outstanding job installing my 600 lb in-ground basketball hoop. They handled everything from start to finish — excavating a precise 4-foot-deep hole, setting the concrete, anchoring the pole perfectly, and making sure the hoop was plumb and secure. Their workmanship was professional, efficient, and careful; they protected the yard, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job on time. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. The hoop feels rock-solid and looks great — I couldn’t be happier. Five stars, and I highly recommend Alan and T-Level for any serious hoop installation. -Rich
