Victoria and her husband are incredible. They come with a depth of experience with Indian wedding planning combined with professional event coordination and they just completely take the stress off. Both of our families were so impressed by them, their visions and their capacity to truly handle all the tiny details of coordinating a big wedding with many vendors. We would do it again!

Victoria and Dan were AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complicated multi day Indian/Chinese wedding in Chicago. They covered every single detail leading up to and on the days of the wedding week. From coordinating all the vendors, tracking our schedules, and navigating all of the COVID precaution, the Wedding Whisperer team did it all. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, no matter how big of small your wedding, don’t think twice and contact this team!

From the moment I met Victoria, I knew my husband and I had a total partner in wedding planning. I had a vision for how the day might go, but I was well aware how much help and advice I needed! I wanted someone by our side that was first and foremost ENJOYABLE to be around, to make the experience fun and memorable. Not just a robot who was good with details. Every conversation or meeting I had with Victoria had me laughing and smiling, even when other family stressors crept into the process. Wedding planning should be fun and exciting, and she made it that way. I was able to relax because she just effortlessly gathered all the details and would stay on top of them, and email me fun reminders of the wedding countdown. The day prior to the rehearsal, I literally just dropped a unorganized box of arts and crafty stuff to set out during the reception and she just handled all of it and set it out beautifully. I entered the space site unseen because of the schedule and was floored. She added special touches everywhere. It was like Christmas. She coordinated with our DJ, venue, florist, and had the place looking like a million bucks. She knew we wanted a good party too, so she made sure dinner was moving forward in a timely manner so we could get to the dancing, she made sure the bar was well stocked in advance so the liquor wouldn’t run out (legit actual concern ha!). She knew what was important to us as a couple and made it happen. Love love love her and would recommend her as a wedding planner, a friend, a pseudo therapist, and a jack of all trades. If you start with a good planner, then the rest falls into place.

Victoria was AMAZING! She was with us through every step of the planning. She met with us multiple times to discuss planning and go over any concerns we had. Victoria helped make all of our visions for our wedding come to life! She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, kind, and an overall great person to make sure your wedding goes off as smoothly as possible. I can’t even tell you how much work and hours she gave to us. I can’t imagine having any one else but Victoria help us with the wedding! We had over 300 people and she was able to help manage it all!

Victoria did the most amazing job at my wedding. The best decision I ever made planning my wedding was hiring her to help me out the day of my wedding. She was SO detail oriented and caring and gave me by far the best peace of mind on my wedding day, I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything or stress. At one point I started panicking because I realized my garter fell off somewhere between my house, the church/venue and little did I know victoria had found it and made sure to hold onto it until I needed it again. The florist forgot my toss bouquet and victoria went out of her way to get a toss bouquet together for me so i didn't have to stress about not having one and didn't have to toss my own bouquet. She made sure the photographers knew where they were going and were on time. And all the vendors were on time, she made sure all the tables were set and everything was beautiful and gorgeous for our special day. She made sure when me and my husband got to our hotel room we had snacks and desserts from our dessert table. She was the best wedding planner and coordinator ever! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. LOVE HER ❤
