- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our programs is customized to the individual. Although, we don't have a standard price list, we do make every effort to work with those who are committed to the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact is usually over the phone. From there we schedule a complimentary consultation to come out and meet the human and their canine. It's typical for this to take about an hour and a great opportunity for us to get to know each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years training experience Championship dogs produced Military & Police dogs trained Participated in the Michael Vick dogs evaluation at Best Friend's Sanctuary Trained Therapy and Service dogs Exceptional ability to interact with adults and children....making the training a family process.
