Paul was great to work with! He responded very quickly to messages and even showed up earlier than our original time window! He was honest and up front! Initially he thought our fridge would be repairable and was going to come back the next day but upon further evaluation realized it would only be a temporary fix. He easily could have come back the next day and put the bandaid on the problem and gotten paid but he was honest and let us know that we would continue to have problems and would be better off replacing the unit! Truly appreciate his honesty, will use him again for future issues!

SG Appliance is a true gold standard when it comes to providing timely and professional services. Upon arrival, Paul was able to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot the existing issue with the tenant’s stove.
