Tina was an immense help to us! She handled an entire list of tasks that had been piling up, including: fixing a door that was coming off it's hinge, reattaching a cabinet door, properly anchoring an IKEA shelving unit, reattaching a loose stair banister, correctly installing a shower rod, repairing a towel rod and patching the hole left by the previous installation. She also removed three old ducts that ran through our closets but were no longer in use. Tina was clear in her communication, explained the options available to us for the more complex tasks, and handled everything with expertise.

There was a small snafu with communication but once she got here it was all uphill. Tina talked through the job with me and we actually ended up changing course after saying pros and cons. I really appreciated her input and expertise: she could have easily just done what I had originally asked for but the outcome would not have been nearly as good. She also found two leaks from two different water valves which I would never have known about!
